Editorial Roles

1. Serving as Track Chair on the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of IEEE EDTM (Electron Devices Technology & Manufacturing Conference, 2026) focused on Advanced Packaging and Heterogeneous Integration. (2025*)
   
   The major responsibilities of the role are:
   a. Ensuring a well-balanced 12-member track committee, comprising both industry and academia representatives.
   b. Recommending and coordinating invited speakers including industry speakers.
   c. Assessing the performance of the track committee and preparing a summary for discussion.
   d. Overseeing the peer review process, ensuring all papers in the sub-track receive thorough and fair evaluations according to conference deadlines and schedule.
   e. Make final recommendations on manuscript acceptance.
   f. Prepare guidance to the other track members to ensure quality to run the track.
   g. Help shortlist the best paper from the track.

2. Serving as Guest Editor in special issue of Applied Science MDPI on “Recent Advances in Microelectronics Fabrication and Packaging” (2024*)

3. Serving as Associate Editor for the Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, SciencePG (2025*)
